If you wish to enrol in a research program and a coursework program at the same time, then you need to obtain permission from the Dean of the UQ Graduate School. You can do this by completing an Application for concurrent enrolment form. If your request is approved, you must apply separately to the Faculty that administers the coursework program to obtain their permission to enrol in the second program. You will not be able to enrol in courses for the coursework program until the Faculty has admitted you to that program.

Enrolling in an additional course

Are you interested in enrolling in a course (subject) at UQ to assist with your research? The course must be integral to the research you are undertaking and you will need to complete an Enrolment in additional courses form and submit this to the School office.
